In a moment,
Taking a deep breath in,
Take a few moments to both move into a place of more comfort and also to notice that you have more relaxation inside you than you had noticed.
Now,
As you begin,
Inside,
To bring to mind the more relaxed parts of your body before taking the deep breath in,
You can compare the other areas of your body and notice if there are any tensions and relax them,
Any muscles that are holding tension and relax them.
So as you notice places that aren't as deeply relaxed as you want to be,
Now,
You can relax your muscles deeper this time,
The next time and the more you choose to listen to this so that the relaxing feelings you feel flowing over you right now start to notice,
Noticing that the more you focus on the relaxing feelings,
The deeper you go inside the relaxed feelings and really feel deeply relaxed now.
Being relaxed is a regenerative healing place to be and being is what you are doing as you live your life and sometimes you are doing,
Being a human doing and right now you are being a human being,
Simply relaxed.
As we take that deep breath in,
With more gratitude for the way you feel so grateful and have more to feel grateful for because that's the real secret.
Deep down,
In some form and as you build a bigger,
Brighter future for you and those creasing the things you have in your future,
Breathe in again one more time,
Relaxing,
Releasing,
Experience the letting go.
Life because you've allowed your unconscious mind and as you sleep and dream tonight and make changes that are aligned with who you are and have now as you relax into the drift trance,
Take a chance to remind yourself of a person,
Place,
Experience or thing that you are grateful for and as you do,
You do,
Don't you,
Notice the feelings of gratitude and simply noticing where those feelings of gratitude are inside,
You can imagine what colour the feelings of gratitude are more and more as you notice where the gratitude feeling starts,
Be strongest and help it on its way round your body and neurology teams and let the changes that happen quickly relax into the experience now.
You can simply allow yourself to drift off into trance,
Deeper and deeper inside,
New things that you notice,
New things that you can become grateful for,
You realise how much more the broader can bring,
The more you have,
The experiences that you are grateful for and the raw pieces that are aligned now into gratitude now,
Again,
There are more and more gratitudes for you to feel grateful for and more amounts in your life that you are grateful for and with the people that you are grateful for spending time with,
As well as the places you go,
Changes so you experience more moments in time where you feel grateful,
The colour,
Places,
Things and activities that you have,
That you have desires for certain things in it to happen sooner and better,
That is advancing you as a being,
Narrowing towards,
Makes your life a better and better place,
Your feelings of gratitude and the things you have stayed,
A state of mind and body to share a genuine moment expressing your gratitude,
The more they can easily accept it,
Allow them to feel more feelings of gratitude spread around in the environment and as you say thank you,
Right there is an opportunity for more from those words as you say them more often,
Inking the person you are saying thank you to and because you do,
You remind yourself too,
Of gratitude for this thing that you feel grateful for is something that you pass on as you thank them,
Where your attention focuses,
You follow,
Enjoy places and things that you are grateful for and you get to have more of the places you like to go in your life or of those places and then coming into your being now that in your life because of being grateful for and focusing integrates all the new understandings from this listening both now as you sleep and dream and in consciousness you can start to move and come back now as I count backwards from five,

Three,
All the way up,
Out of trance,
