Do you have a reason for not trusting people?

Maybe you never felt like you could rely on your own parents,

Or you feel judged by your in-laws,

Or you had a string of bad friendships.

When we feel wounded by people,

We often retreat.

We build internal walls to prevent ourselves from getting hurt again.

It's a coping mechanism,

But it closes us off to new possibilities.

Before you can start making new friendships and strengthening existing relationships,

You need to abandon the idea that you can't trust anyone.

Once you open yourself up to the idea that other people can be helpful and add to your life,

You can then manifest strong relationships with a visualization in the next section,

10c.

Let's lay the groundwork with an affirmation first.

Choose one of these statements that resonate the most with you.

Which one can you believe and therefore begin to achieve?

The universe conspires for my success.

I am worthy of love and support.

I am surrounded by support and love.

Pick one.

Get comfortable in a seated position.

Open your heart center by raising your hands above your head.

Inhale as you clasp your hands together and slowly pull your arms back,

Stretching and opening your heart.

Release your hands down to your side with an exhale.

Close your eyes and take another deep inhale.

Now exhale three times and enjoy any silence that follows.

One more time,

Inhale as you raise your hands above your head.

Clasp your hands together and slowly pull your arms back,

Stretching and opening your heart.

Release your hands down to your side with an exhale.

Then exhale three times through your mouth and enjoy any silence that follows.

Once you relax,

Continue on to the affirmation you chose.

I'll use I am worthy of love and support to guide you.

Say the affirmation aloud.

I am worthy of love and support.

Softer now.

I am worthy of love and support.

Whisper,

I am worthy of love and support.

Now mentally repeat,

I am worthy of love and support.

Repeat daily until your belief in the affirmation feels strongly rooted.
