Hello,

I'm Karen Rooney and welcome to the Khan meditation.

I am a spiritual writer and teacher and I've been giving a lot of meditation during my life.

I love doing that.

And it's been a few years ago that I created some scents because my passion was to help people to connect to their inner self,

To who they are truly.

And in my brand,

Kalmar,

I created scents and products,

Body products and candles that help you to really connect to yourself,

Create some rituals for yourself,

Create some self-care,

And also allow you to connect to the different energies that are crucial during our days.

And I think calm,

Peace,

Love and joy are the four pillars of the energies that we want to express and live during our day,

Right?

So today we're going to do a meditation about finding your calm,

Connecting to your inner self at a calm level.

Inner self anywhere is about calmness.

Calmness about stability is about peacefulness.

It's about harmony.

And whenever you are not balanced and you're confused or you are stressed,

You need to find in yourself that moment of calmness,

That space in yourself where your inner self is there in your heart,

Your sacred heart,

Where you can connect inside yourself in that energy and where you can communicate with your inner self through your intuition,

Through your inner voice.

And it's all about peace and calm there.

And from that calmness,

That stability,

Anything can happen in a very positive and constructive way.

It's honoring who you are truly,

And it's not listening to any noise outside of yourself.

So let's start now and sit comfortably and also really allow yourself to find time and space only for yourself and really be sure that you find a room where you will not be disturbed.

Just for a little while.

Just allow yourself to have that gift for yourself.

So start breathing and I would like you to close your eyes if you want or you can let your eyes open,

But it's always a bit deeper when we close our eyes.

You close your eyes and you start breathing deeply but softly.

Start breathing deeply and express out the tension.

Breathe in deeply and breathe out.

Feel the air filling up your lungs,

Your tummy,

And release that air.

And start feeling that you are breathing in a very bright light.

A light from spirit,

A light from your inner self,

A light from your divine self.

And start breathing through your crown chakra,

Which is above your head.

It's the opening is an energy center just above your head and just feel that when you breathe,

You receive that light into yourself through your crown chakra.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

You feel that space above your head is opening like a flower.

It's a conscious exercise of your energy field.

As you breathe in from your crown,

Your crown is opening and receiving light and fresh energy.

As you breathe in the light,

Feel that you're expressing out of yourself tension,

Confusion,

Unnecessary thinking.

Just breathe in that calmness from yourself,

From your soul,

And express out release the tension and the confusion.

And as you're breathing through your head,

Imagine you have a pillar of light along your spine.

And as you breathe in that light,

Let this pillar of light being filled slowly and deeply receiving that light and know that your breathing is powerful.

It's your alchemy.

It's your spiritual strength and your physical strength at the same time.

As you breathe in that light through your pillar of light,

You're feeling the pillar of light with light,

Fresh energy,

Vibrant energy.

The pillar of light goes from the top of your head along your spine and finishes in your coccyx,

In your first chakra,

The chakra of creation,

Of co-creation.

That's where we have the reproductive energy,

So it's very strong.

As you receive that energy in the pillar of light,

Feel it physically.

Feel it that it makes you stronger and lighter at the same time.

And your breathing is helping the movement and the circulation of the energy in your pillar.

And now let that energy of light spread in all your physical body,

From your head,

In your neck,

In your shoulders,

In your heart chakra,

In your busteria,

In your tummy and emotional space here in the solar plexus,

In your tummy,

In your root chakra,

In your legs,

In your arms.

And you breathe in that energy of beautiful new light and fresh energy.

And you already feel calmer and lighter and energized.

And feel yourself grounded on Mother Earth and feel yourself connected to the sun.

And feel that the pillar of light is growing and growing into Mother Earth,

Reaching out to her,

To her center.

And feel the connection to the center of Mother Earth through your tube of light.

And receive the energy through the tube from Mother Earth to yourself.

It's a beautiful green energy.

And let your energy goes up in the sky through your pillar of light that is growing and growing and growing,

Reaching out to the sun.

And receive that extreme light from the sun into yourself.

And you are energized.

And focus your consciousness in the middle of your chakra of the heart,

Here in the middle of your bust.

And breathe it in.

Breathe the light in,

In your chakra of your heart.

And imagine right now,

You are in a beautiful garden in Provence.

The garden is surrounded by lavender fields.

And you see this purple color all around you.

It's surrounding you.

It has a vibration.

And it is the vibration of spiritual energy,

Of transmutation,

Transforming the lower energy into high energy.

And it's just pleasant to your eyes.

It's just pleasant to your heart.

And you hear the birds singing.

And you feel the light around you and in you.

And you know it's the end of the afternoon.

The sun is going down.

The animals are coming down.

The air is getting fresher.

There is a peace and a calmness settling now around yourself in this beautiful landscape.

And you're breathing in the lavender,

The smell,

The vibration of lavender.

And you let yourself be surrounded by this energy of calmness and beauty.

Let that energy of purple invade you around yourself in your auric field,

Two or three meters around you.

And that this purple energy,

Vibrant energy,

Going to yourself,

Receive it,

Embrace that energy.

It is transmuting all the negativity that you have,

That you are carrying in your mind,

In your brain,

In your throat chakra where you want to express but you are blocked,

In your heart where you are blocked with some emotions.

You want to express your love and sometimes you can't or you are receiving different energy that are not suitable to yourself.

Your emotional chakra where you receive lower emotions or you feel lower emotions and you want to release that right now with the help of this purple energy.

And receive that energy in your tummy and in your tummy receive that purple energy and relax your organs.

Let go of the tensions.

Let go of the tension in your root chakra.

Feel your organ relaxing and feel space is created in your first chakra and in your second chakra.

Space is created.

Your organs are relaxing.

Go in your emotional chakra and feel that it's relaxing and you are creating space for the new life to come to you but in calmness.

You are embracing that vibration of calm,

Of this beautiful landscape,

Of this beautiful and purple energy.

And go in your heart and feel the tension releasing and expanding the space of your heart inside yourself.

And go in your throat and expand the space there too and release the tension another time leaving space for your expression.

And going your third eye between your eyes there is the vision chakra where you receive your intuition,

Your vision,

Your imagination for the future.

Release the tension and receive space,

Expand the space and breathe.

And the same in your crown chakra just above your head.

Release the tension of your head,

Of your brain and receive space,

Expand the space,

The spiritual space.

And go back in your heart and feel the calmness of nature and feel the connection to your inner self.

Your inner self is in total calmness.

You are breathing in the calm and breathing out the tension.

You are expanding your space inside and all the thoughts,

Tensions,

Emotional confusion go away and be transmitted into light.

Feel lighter,

Feel brighter,

Feel your physical is feeling better and lighter.

Release the tension in all your body,

In all your emotional body.

Release the tension from your mind and be in peace and calm in your heart.

Enjoy this moment,

This connection in calmness.

Enjoy it.

It's you.

And from that calmness you can live your life.

You can create a life that you desire,

That is yours,

Out of confusion and out of the ideas of the world that are not yours.

Be in your calm and thrive in your calm.
