Welcome to your five minute reset.
Begin by taking a moment to allow all of your being to arrive here now.
Settle into your space and close down your eyes,
Letting all of this be just as it is.
Take a big deep breath into the belly,
Then a further breath into the chest.
Hold,
Then release.
Release fully,
Allowing the breath to cleanse the energy in your body.
Again,
Take a big deep breath into the belly,
Chest,
Hold,
Then release.
Scan your body from your head to your toes.
Notice any parts that may be holding tension.
Maybe in your face,
Your jaw,
Shoulders,
Hands,
Feet,
Toes.
Completely let go.
Relax deeply.
Now bring your awareness to the breath.
Feel the natural flow of breath in and out.
Simply focus your attention on your breath without controlling its pace or intensity.
Effortlessly observe how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation.
You may notice the rising in your chest,
Ribcage,
Belly.
What sensations does the breath have on your body?
Without trying to change it,
Effortlessly observe the sensations.
All that is needed is the innocent witnessing of the sensation.
As you do this,
You may notice that your mind starts to wander.
You may start thinking about other things.
This is completely natural.
Just notice that your mind has wandered and effortlessly come back to the awareness of your breath and the sensations in your body.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest.
Effortlessly observe and welcome whatever arises,
Taking the whole experience as it comes.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Gently move your fingers and toes.
Stretch out a little.
Whenever you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and return your awareness back into the space.
