Welcome.

Take a moment now just to sit quietly with your back supported in a comfortable chair.

And as you allow yourself just to be here,

Right now,

Gently close your eyes.

Place your hand over your heart.

Feel the warmth and love that flows from this space through your entire being.

A glow of light that radiates from your heart.

Up through your shoulders,

Neck,

Head and above.

And then down through your arms,

Your hands,

Into your fingertips.

Down through your abdomen,

Your legs,

Into your feet and all the way down into the earth this glow of light and energy that flows with ease and calm through your whole body.

Feel into the calling of your heart,

How it speaks to you with such compassion and love.

This time is for you.

You are supported.

You are safe here.

You have all that you need.

And just take a breath in and out.

And with each inhale and exhale,

Allow your body to rest a little more.

Each breath in and out.

Let any tension go.

And feel into the calling of your heart as it whispers.

I am listening.

I hear you.

I am here for you.

Unburden yourself here.

Let go of the weight.

All that you carry.

I know how hard you are trying.

I know the pressure you place on yourself.

All the ways you strive to improve,

To be better,

To be better.

Let go of all the heaviness and all you hold onto so tightly.

Release.

Allow yourself to unfold here.

There's no reason or need to be any other way but how you are.

All that you are.

Nothing is broken.

You are complete.

You are whole.

You have everything that you need.

Let yourself just be here.

Right now.

All of yourself is welcome here.

You are loved.

You are supported.

You are everything.

And all that you need.

And as you take breaths in and out.

Gently.

Slowly.

Allow yourself to keep unfolding and unraveling here.

It is safe to be all of yourself here.

Let go of wherever it may hurt.

Notice any pain.

And if the hurt or pain feels high or too much,

Soften.

With each breath,

Soften.

Draw yourself back to your heart.

Into the golden glow of light.

Anytime your mind feels the hurt or pain and it's too much,

Just come back to your heart and to your own inner light within.

Let it wash over your entire being.

From your inside out.

A soothing balm.

Calming.

Flowing with ease through all parts of you.

Surrounding you in a warm glow of light and warmth.

All the acceptance and love you desire and need.

This time is for you.

Feel how your body relaxes a little more with each breath.

Notice how you can be with the hurt or pain.

Wherever it is.

However it is.

With each breath,

You can be here.

And allow yourself to rest.

Let it feel like a release.

Send ease to that part of your body or into your heart.

And let it go.

Release.

Let it go now.

And listen to the love that resides within yourself.

You are loved.

You are supporters.

Here.

Right now.

You have all that you need.

You are whole.

You are whole.

Let go of any judgements.

Let go of any shame.

You are enough.

You are worthy.

You deeply matter.

You are never alone.

Feel how you are separate to wherever it hurts.

Notice how the pain is there.

But it's not who you are.

You are not attached to the pain or the hurt.

There are parts of you,

Your entire being,

That are greater.

All knowing.

All healing.

All is within you.

Allow yourself to soften.

To surrender into the warmth of the glow of light.

Each time you feel any resistance,

Come back to your heart.

And to the glow of light and warmth through your entire being.

From your inside out.

Imagine yourself surrounded by this nurturing light.

You can return here as many times as you like.

You are safe here.

You are supported here.

You have everything you need.

And as you gently come back to each breath,

In and out.

Allow yourself to release a little more.

Let go.

Feel the beckoning of ease and peace.

Soften into this.

Surrender.

Let go.

Let it go.

Let it all go now.

And when you're ready,

Just slowly bring yourself back.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice the tips of your fingertips.

Notice any sounds around you.

Notice any smell.

And just become aware of where you are.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Allow yourself to just be for a moment.

Just to be here.

What a beautiful journey.

What a beautiful gift to yourself.

And know that you can return here.
