Be here now.

There is no other place I need to be.

There is nothing I need to do.

I allow myself in this moment and for the next few minutes to take this time just for me.

Taking breaths in and out now.

I allow myself to let go.

I notice where I might be holding tension.

I want to bring compassion to where there might be pain.

With each breath I allow the tension to soften.

I allow the pain to ease.

Even just slightly.

And with each breath,

Slowly,

Gently,

In and out.

Nothing is forced.

There is no need to rush.

There is no need to do anything other than simply be.

And as I breathe in and out,

I allow myself to be fully here now.

This time for me.

And I notice again where there is tension.

I breathe ease into parts of my body and feel pain.

I notice how gently my eyelids close.

The softness this brings to my whole being.

By allowing this stillness,

This quiet,

This soothing hush.

I lessen the clench of my jaw.

I let my shoulders relax and fall a little more with each breath.

Wherever I feel pain,

I simply allow it to be there.

And for each breath to caress where it hurts.

Knowing that I can be with whatever sensations are present.

Or perhaps they may come to my mind as I bring my attention more to them now.

And I breathe ease into it all.

If my breath feels tight or shallow,

I am not concerned by this.

I just allow the natural flow and ease of whatever it is I need.

In this moment and the next.

Just in and out,

Gentle inhale and exhale.

I acknowledge all that it is I feel.

All that comes up for me in this moment.

I don't push away those emotions that I might be holding onto or haven't voiced out loud.

I acknowledge them.

I bring all of my kindness and love to them as the truth of who I am.

And here,

Right now,

I am free to be me.

All of me is welcome here.

With breaths in and out,

I whisper these words to myself.

To clear my mind.

To bring ease to my heart.

To unburden my soul of anything and all I've been holding onto.

Now I am free to let it be.

I am free to let go.

With these words,

I breathe ease,

Calm and kindness into my entire being.

And I surround myself with light.

I allow.

I accept.

I surrender.

I release.

I let go.

And again,

I whisper.

I allow.

I accept.

I surrender.

I release.

I let go.

I take a big exhale now.

With these breaths in and out,

I feel the light around me.

The warmth of it.

Filling all parts of myself with tenderness and care.

And as it surrounds me,

It also washes through me.

It touches where it hurts,

Envelops where there is pain,

Softens where there is weariness or tiredness or exhaustion.

And if I feel emotions come up to the surface,

As I allow myself to be present to all of this now.

I breathe in and out and I allow it all to be there.

I acknowledge it all with the deepest of compassion and love.

And again,

I whisper these words to myself.

I allow.

I accept.

I surrender.

I release.

I let go.

May I breathe ease and calm into my entire being.

And caress all parts of myself with light.

With all the compassion and support that I need.

It is okay to take this time.

To be here now.

And again.

Whenever I need to,

Wherever I am.

This time to bring all of myself to this moment.

This quietness.

This stillness.

This soothing hush.

As I feel ready in my own time.

I gently open my eyes.

And I sit here for another moment.

I remember this deep calling from within.

This beckoning to return here as many times as I need.

Be here now.

Bringing myself here now.

Allow myself this time of presence.

For deep healing.

For acknowledgement.

For compassion.

For ease.

For calm.

Loving kindness.

All of this for myself.

All of this is for me.

All of this is for me.
