Beautiful,

And welcome to today's meditation.

I'm so grateful you're here with me.

Slow yourself down as each breath pulls you in,

Back to the center of you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Slower and slower each time.

Deeper and deeper inside.

You may feel far away.

Untethered and chaotic.

A passenger on Ego's roller coaster.

Be here right now.

And recognize that everything is okay in this present moment.

You are here.

You are breathing.

You are okay.

Feel calm,

Soothe your nervous system.

Releasing any tense,

Stressful energy.

And melting you into peace.

Where does your center live within you?

Breathe into the space.

And feel it expand and open.

Expand and open.

Wider and wider with each breath.

Notice your center.

Open without fear.

Expand without thinking.

Your natural state is open.

Expansive.

Loving.

Let everything else dissolve and disappear.

The happenings of yesterday.

All of those emotions stored in your cells.

Those thoughts that want to make sense of tomorrow.

Let it all.

Like leaves leaving the tree.

And disappearing into the wind.

While the trunk remains here.

Rooted deep into the center of you.

Your mind wants to separate.

To judge.

To control.

But your spirit knows peace is beyond the mind.

It exists deep in your bones.

In your breath and in your heart.

It's quiet.

And soothing.

And reminds you that you are home.

Even amongst the chaos.

Even when the world is loud.

Even when you feel like you're going crazy.

You are home.

Right here.

In this moment.

So breathe deeper into your center.

And feel it pull you in.

And hold you steady.

Your branches may sway in the wind.

But your roots can never be broken.

You are solid.

You are centered.

Come back here to remember your peace.

To remember your worth.

To remember your magic.
