Explore MeditationKatrina graduated in Hatha & Vinyasa training over 12 years ago. She has experienced and taught various styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa. Her main focus right now is on calming restorative practices, where the connection to the breath, profound relaxation and a gentle way of working on different areas of the body take a big part of her classes. She uses props to assist the body in relaxation, teaching proper breathing techniques that can be easily implemented outside of the class to calm down, release the stress and bring awareness into the current moment. Her yoga classes focus on releasing tension from the lower back, strengthening the body as well as emphasize the importance of proper breathing and healing through relaxation. Katrina's classes are an invitation to nurture yourself, recharge and reset in the here & now!
