Kayla Robertson

Kayla teaches meditation and mindful movement with a focus on bridging contemplative practice with neuroscience. She explores techniques that can help us to soothe, reduce stress, rest, regulate emotions, and live with great ease. Her practices draw upon her training in psychology and trauma sensitive, mental health aware and evidence-based mindfulness approaches. In addition to teaching, Kayla works within the mental healths sector where she is focused on embedding care within services and making hard experiences softer. She is based on Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung Country in Melbourne.
