Kirstie shares what she loves from a place of wholehearted curiosity and integrity. She grew up in SW Saskatchewan and now lives in Northern Alberta. She’s a prairie girl through and through. She is certified in alignment based yoga, MERGE (a myofascial movement practice), Yoga Nidra and pre/post natal yoga. Practicing for 15+ years and teaching since 2016, she finds the most joy and depth in guiding from her personal experiences and continued studies. As a new mom, in this season of her life she’s the most curious and passionate about guiding truly restorative and restful practices that bring you back home to yourself.
