Welcome to your practice.

This is a practice designed especially for you.

From my heart to yours.

Thank you for embracing this practice and showing up for it and allowing more spaciousness into your life through the practice.

This practice is designed to support you in facing your fears with honesty and courage.

It's designed to support you and hold you in this adventure we call life.

Go ahead and find a quiet space where you can sit comfortably or lie down.

Lying down is my favorite,

But you can do you.

Allow your hands to rest gently in your lap or by your sides and begin to notice the inhale and the exhale.

Noticing your breath.

Noticing the power of your breath and its willingness to continue regardless of what you try to do.

Breathing effortlessly.

And when you're ready and only when you're ready,

Allowing the eyes to close down and take a nice deep cleansing breath in through the nose,

Out the mouth,

And inviting the tension that you may have in your body or that you're holding on to,

To simply release.

Breathing effortlessly.

Embracing this moment,

Your moment,

And just allowing your body to sink into the surface and feel the weight of your being.

And scanning from the top of your head through the body,

Slowly to the soles of your feet.

Embracing,

Surrendering to the practice,

Your practice,

And knowing your strength and knowing your commitment,

Repeating to yourself silently inside,

I am safe.

I am calm.

I am connected.

Breathing.

I am safe.

I am calm.

I am connected.

Rest here.

Breathe.

Rest.

And with the spaciousness of this practice,

The breathing and the resting become the practice.

Filling the lungs,

Feeling the air expand.

Slowly breathing,

Sensing the body as the air contracts and expands effortlessly.

Filling the lungs.

And as you let go,

Imagine it goes and a layer of fear leaves the body,

Leaving the body more relaxed.

Breathing.

Breathing at a natural pace.

Each breath relaxing,

A layer of fear leaves the body,

Bringing you into a state of calm,

A state of connection,

Sinking deeper within yourself.

Breathe.

And allowing your attention to land in the palms of your hands,

The hands that do and care and seemingly and effortlessly work for you without question,

The hands,

And grounding yourself in this moment,

Creating a physical connection to the inside of your hands,

Focusing your attention on your right hand and your left hand.

And notice any sensations,

The warmth in the palm,

The coolness,

Tingling sensation,

Or maybe nothing at all.

Simply observing the left hand and the right hand.

Both palms.

Breathing into the center of the palms and the tip of the right thumb,

The tip of the first finger of the right hand,

The tip of the middle finger,

The ring finger,

And the small finger of the right hand.

Observing the entire right hand.

Observing the right hand.

Observing the palm of the left hand and the tip of the left thumb,

The tip of the first finger of the left hand,

The tip of the middle finger on the left hand,

The left ring finger,

The left small finger.

Observe the left palm.

Notice the left hand,

Noticing the sensations or nothing at all.

And imagine a source of supportive energy filling the palms of the hand,

Glowing in the palms of both hands.

Breathing effortlessly,

Envisioning this bright light in the center of your loving,

Kind hands.

And this light symbolizes honesty,

This pure,

Illuminating force that guides you through your life,

Through the moments of your life.

Breathe.

And this light cares for you,

And it moves through the palms of the hands and travels up the forearms,

Into the bend of the arms,

Into the biceps,

Up to the shoulders,

And gently falls down into the chest and opens the door to your heart,

Landing softly in your heart,

Feeling the heart,

Bringing a sensation of truth and courage in every part of your body.

This light is here to remind you that you are not your fear.

You are so much more.

And supports us.

In the center of your heart,

With the sense of honest light exposing,

Touching your life.

And now allow this light to expand into the body.

Opening and reaching.

Stretching from the heart.

Down the thighs.

Into the kneecaps.

Down the shins.

Around the ankles.

And filling the feet.

Reaching under to the soles of the feet.

And moving into the earth.

That light beams down to the center of the earth.

Pulling from the center of the earth through the layers into the body.

.

Changing the body through the layers of awareness.

.

.

All the way through the body.

.

.

Into the neck.

.

.

Into the face.

.

.

Through the layers of the brain.

.

.

And up to the crown of the head.

.

.

And moving through the layers.

.

.

Up.

.

.

Up.

.

Up.

.

.

Into the dimension above you.

.

.

The light flows from beneath you.

.

.

To above you.

.

.

On the right side of you.

.

.

And the left side of you.

.

.

This awareness of light wraps around you.

In this connection of light and spirit.

.

.

Providing you strength and courage.

.

.

Holding you.

.

.

Drifting in awareness.

.

.

And here in this space,

The heart begins to sing.

I am held by honesty.

I can face my fears with courage.

I am supported by an inner light that guides my way.
