Through connecting with your breath you will focus your subconscious mind on healing any issues related to your fertility so you can create an optimal and nourishing environment within your womb.

Welcome.

This meditation is designed to open your mind and body to the loving notion of preparing your womb for a healthy and secure pregnancy.

You will connect to your breath and be guided into a deep state of relaxation so you can envision your body in the optimal condition to conceive and hold a baby to term.

My name is Laura and I will be your guide for this meditation.

My goal is to empower you along your fertility journey using the mind-body connection.

The mind is a powerful tool guiding you throughout all aspects of your life,

From pain to joy,

In health,

And in disease.

The beautiful thing about the mind is that just like a tool,

It can be sharpened to create the precise action you want to accomplish.

You may just be embarking on your fertility journey,

Or perhaps you've been on this journey for some time,

And you may be feeling frustrated,

A sense of lack,

And uncertainty about your future.

This is your opportunity to turn inward and tap into the divine power of the subconscious mind,

Which has been proven to be transformative for so many people.

As you go along your fertility journey,

Know that this is a very important time to nurture the environment that will house your creation for 40 weeks.

The sooner you start,

The better,

Because the more time and energy you put in,

The more prepared your body will be.

At this time,

You may find a comfortable position,

Either sitting up tall or lying down.

Keep your spine straight.

Close your eyes and place your right hand over your abdomen and your left hand over your right hand.

Connect with your breath and take a deep inhale for four counts,

Feeling your abdomen expand.

Hold at the top of the breath and then take a full exhale,

Feeling your abdomen contract.

Continue with this rhythm.

Inhale for four counts,

Feeling your abdomen expand,

Holding at the top of the breath,

And then exhale for six counts.

Let your breath guide you into a deeper state of relaxation.

As you continue with this rhythm,

You will notice your body start to enter a deep state of relaxation.

You will not notice the external world because your full attention is now inward.

Letting go of any expectations and surrendering to your subconscious mind.

Letting whatever unfolds for you during this meditation as you align your mind with the attitude and belief of a healthy,

Nourishing,

And creative body.

Relax your breath and scan your body,

Sending the breath to any area where you might still feel tension.

Feel all of the areas of your body relaxing,

The muscles on your face,

Forehead,

Cheeks,

And jaw relaxed,

The neck relaxed.

Collarbone,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

And fingers all relaxed.

Chest relaxed.

Back relaxed.

Abdomen relaxed.

Glutes relaxed.

Pelvis relaxed.

Thighs,

Knees,

Legs,

Ankles,

Feet,

And toes.

Everything is relaxed.

Now that everything in your body is relaxed,

Bring your attention to the pelvic region and send it positive,

Warm thoughts,

Loving thoughts,

Healing thoughts,

And creative thoughts.

My body is a fertile place worthy of conception and ready to conceive a child.

I am ready to conceive a child.

I am taking care of my body and mind in order to welcome a baby.

My body is designed to conceive.

Patience and care help my body prepare for a pregnancy.

My womb is a healthy place that will nourish my baby.

My womb is strong,

Fertile,

And open to new life.

My eggs are healthy,

Plentiful,

And developing perfectly.

I feel safe,

Supported,

And loved through my fertility journey.

I support and love my partner through our fertility journey.

As these positive affirmations rewire your subconscious mind,

Imagine your pelvic area healing from any pain,

Discomfort,

Or inflammation.

Imagine your pelvic area healing from any dis-ease you think you might have.

Let the subconscious mind that controls the organs heal the body.

Let the subconscious mind that controls the organs heal the body.

Now that you've ordered your subconscious mind to heal your body,

Invite your baby into your womb.

Vividly imagine the natural and divine process of your ovary releasing a healthy egg into your fallopian tube and it being fertilized by the sperm as it travels to your uterus for implantation.

Continue to vividly imagine the egg being successfully implanted to the uterus and continue to multiply as it grows in your womb.

Your womb is a nourishing and secure place for your baby to spend the next 40 weeks.

Send your womb more love and hear your baby's strong heartbeat.

Take all the time you need.

You've established a strong connection with yourself and your future baby today.

Through consistent practice of this guided meditation,

You will notice the true healing powers of the subconscious mind that will allow you to manifest your highest dreams into reality.

Allow yourself to stay in this deep relaxation for as long as you need.

Your subconscious mind will wake you up when it's ready.
