I have been a qualified yoga facilitator since 2011 and have trained in meditation with Sarah Powers, Jonni Pollard and Tiffany Cruikshank. I use the full spectrum of my years of being a student to share what I have learnt and continue to learn, so that you can take what you need to enhance the experience that your meditation/yoga/life is offering you. I offer meditation courses and therapeutic yoga assessments as well as coaching and mentoring programs in person and online.
