Please close your eyes as it will help you with your visualisation.
I will now invite a sound of the bell.
Sitting in a chair or sitting on the ground,
Visualise you are sitting like a mountain.
Tall and strong like a mountain.
Take a moment to make yourself a little bit more comfortable.
Take a moment to visualise you are walking into the presentation room.
You stand at the front of the room,
Taking slow deep breaths.
Now I invite you to set a clear intention for your presentation.
It might be,
I will engage everyone in the audience.
I will share information that will help everyone today.
I will deliver a presentation that is valuable and impactful.
Visualise people are arriving.
The audience take their seats.
You begin your presentation with a warm welcome.
You might start with a question to engage the audience or share a fact or story to gain the attention of the audience.
You communicate clearly with confidence.
You can see people listening,
Nodding and smiling.
You feel that you have connected and engaged the audience in the first part of your presentation.
You feel confident and at ease.
You continue to communicate clearly and calmly.
You deliver the key points of your presentation.
You continue to ask questions to the audience to keep them engaged.
You acknowledge their responses and relate it to your content.
The audience are now more focused.
You can see them leaning in to listen to you,
Writing down notes and giving you good eye contact.
You feel more confidence in yourself and in your presentation.
You can see you are making progress.
You slowly reach the end of your presentation.
You end on a strong and positive note.
Leaving a lasting impression.
You see people are happy and energized.
You see people walking out of the room with smiles on their face.
You feel happy and content with yourself.
You pat yourself on your back and say to yourself,
I did my best today.
Great job.
Slowly bring your attention back into your body.
Noticing all your body sensations.
Noticing the physical space around you.
Let's take a final deep breath together.
