My name is Leonie Lam and I am a career coach,

Corporate trainer and speaker.

The purpose of this meditation is to help you build inner strength before a meeting.

I personally wish you peace,

Calm and success in your upcoming meeting.

I will invite the sound of the bell to begin our practice together.

Sitting in a chair or sitting on the ground.

Visualize you are sitting like a mountain.

Tall and strong like a mountain.

Feeling your legs or feet grounded to the earth.

Building a strong foundation for your practice.

To help you connect with your body and your feelings,

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your stomach.

Take a moment to make yourself a little bit more comfortable.

Sitting like a mountain,

Grounded,

Tall and strong.

We will now go through three rounds of breathing exercises.
