This is a guided meditation that includes the words from Tilopa’s Six Nails. I have changed it slightly so it is easier for you to recall. This meditation is to help you come into the present moment, connect with nature, and have feelings of peace and freedom. There is also a few minutes of silence in which I encourage you simply continue to breathe slowly and deeply. I wish you peace and happiness in this moment. Thank you.

Take a moment to slowly imagine being in nature.

It may be in the mountains where you feel the fresh cool air.

It may be swimming in the ocean with a giant sea turtle.

It may be walking in a tropical rainforest surrounded by waterfalls.

Take a moment to fully be there with Mother Nature.

Notice what you can see.

Notice what you can smell.

Notice what you can taste.

Notice what you can hear.

Notice what you can touch.

Opening up your heart to feel love,

Happiness,

Joy,

Peace,

Abundance,

Freedom.

Breathing in,

Extremely calming! That was very beautiful, thank you. Only recommendation I have is to reframe 'Don't do/try...' phrases into positive guidelines 'Try to...' :)
