Hi,

This is Ish and today I'm going to talk to you about meditating outside and some of the benefits that it has.

So meditating outside in nature has a lot of beneficial and calming effects on your practice.

So going further,

Every environment has a specific feel to it.

So for example,

If you meditate in a beach area,

Like you're overlooking the ocean,

You'll get more of an expansive feeling because you have the sky right out in front of you,

The ocean and everything feels expansive.

So I've typically noticed when I meditate in this type of environment,

I feel a lot more empty.

And on the other side,

When you come to a place which has a lot of trees and foliage,

As you can see here,

You have a different feeling afterwards and in this type of environment you feel more interconnected with things around you.

So you'll have birds chirping,

If you're near like a lake,

You'll have fish near you.

So you feel a lot more connected to your environment and this is where you feel at one with your environment around you.

So this can be very beneficial for also including practices such as loving kindness.

The next environment would be a desert.

So in this type of environment,

I feel sometimes a little bit more energetic,

Just because it tends to be a lot hotter in these types of environments.

And then one downside is these environments tend to be a little bit too hot,

So you might feel a little bit irritated.

And if there's a lot of dust in the desert,

That also counts for that as well.

Now the next environment would be like a mountain or a hilly type environment.

So I haven't really meditated on a mountain before,

But that's something I want to do.

So if you have,

Let me know and let me know what that's like.

But that can have a different effect on your practice as well.

So ultimately know that whatever environment you are in nature will first and foremost raise your vibration because nature has a very high vibrational state and it also has a healing effect on you.

But to go more deeper,

What environment you go to,

What nature environment setting you go to,

Will have a different effect on your meditation practice.

So you can experiment with different environments and see how that affects your meditation practice.

So I hope this helps.

Thank you.
