Meditation Timer OnlineLinda began practicing meditation in her youth as a competitive swimmer and was introduced to Reiki in 1997 when her mother was in hospice care. She is passionate about sharing mindfulness practices with mind-body wellness strategies through her private practice, Wellness Empowerment and as a presenter for a non-profit, Minding Your Mind. Linda is a Licensed Educational Psychologist counseling children, teens, and parents. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Guide, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and Reiki Master.
