Welcome.
Today we are going to take a few moments to check in with ourselves,
To reconnect with the part of us that deserves love,
Care,
And attention.
This isn't about fixing anything or becoming someone new.
It's about recognizing that right now,
You are enough.
You always have been.
So find a comfortable position.
You can sit upright with your feet flat on the ground.
You can lie down.
Whatever feels best for you.
As you settle in here,
Take a nice long,
Slow inhale in through your nose,
Letting your belly rise.
Then exhale slowly through your mouth and close your eyes.
Let's do that again.
Inhale deeply.
And exhale fully.
One more time,
Breathing in calm.
And then exhaling out,
Letting go of anything you don't need to carry right now.
Now gently bring your focus to the center of your chest,
Your heart area.
You might even place a hand over your heart.
Just notice any sensations there.
Is there any tension?
Can you notice that heartbeat?
Breathe in through the nose and out through the nose here,
Slow and steady.
Feel the warmth of your hand touching your heart.
Connecting with that heartbeat.
Let's begin to breathe into this space.
Continuing to follow that breath in through the nose and out through the nose intentionally.
With your awareness on your heart.
As you inhale,
Imagine your breath creating space,
Softness around your heart.
And as you exhale,
Imagine releasing any tightness or stress.
We do so much for others.
We give love freely.
But today is a day that you are going to breathe into this space just for you.
Bringing in what you need.
What will fill you up and bring you joy in your heart.
And exhaling out all of the things that no longer serve you.
Releasing that with your breath,
Allowing your heart to feel lighter.
You don't have to force anything.
Just let your breath move naturally and bring a sense of ease into your heart.
So breathe in here now.
Breathe in all that makes you happy,
That lights you up.
And exhale out all of the things that you don't want to hold on to anymore.
There is a beautiful green light around your heart.
This green light symbolizes that self-love that we give ourselves,
Illuminating our heart chakra.
Our heart chakra isn't always about love outward,
But love in.
That self-love that we deserve.
So allow that beautiful green light to illuminate your heart.
As we introduce an affirmation,
We're going to repeat this affirmation.
And you don't have to believe it perfectly right now.
Just let the words be there like planting a seed.
You're going to connect with that green glowing light in your heart as you continue to breathe in and out.
And repeat this affirmation to yourself.
And if your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Just notice it and then come back to these words.
So silently repeat to yourself.
I love myself.
I am.
Breathe in and out here.
As you repeat.
I love myself.
I am myself.
I am enough.
Continue this on your own and I'll mind the time.
Gently let that affirmation go.
And continue to breathe.
Imagining this feeling of warmth and care spreading from your heart to the rest of your body.
You might notice it in your arms,
Your legs,
Your shoulders.
Let that sense of kindness and acceptance fill you up spreading through your body now.
That green beautiful light glowing,
Expanding from your heart all through your body.
Now imagine that same feeling extending beyond you to the people you love,
To the spaces you move through every day.
The love you offer doesn't stay locked inside.
It naturally flows out,
Shaping how you move through the world.
You've given yourself time to go in to love yourself fully.
And now let that expand out into the world.
That green light pushing out of your heart to all you love and those around you.
Take a few more breaths here.
Just notice how you feel.
Lighter.
Grounded.
Connected with yourself and full of love.
Take a nice long slow inhale in.
That green light still glowing around your heart.
And exhale it out.
Remember that anytime you need it,
You can come back to your breath,
Connect with your heart and allow that green light to glow to remind you of all you are.
And you can repeat to yourself any time,
I love myself.
I am enough.
As a reminder of how you value yourself,
Your time and that you matter most.
So let's take another inhale in here.
And let that go.
And gently start to bring yourself back to your body.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Stretching if that feels good.
And then when you're ready,
Come back and open your eyes.
