Let's go ahead and begin by finding a comfortable position available to you,
Whether you're seated or lying down.
Simply rest your hands gently on your lap or by your sides.
And when you're ready,
Softly close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Allow yourself to flow into your natural breathing rhythm,
Allowing your body to relax with each breath.
Now,
Picture yourself stepping away from all your screens and digital devices.
Whether that looks like putting phone in a basket or leaving the iPad in another room.
Visualize yourself entering a quiet,
Serene space.
Personal sanctuary where only calm can reside.
Imagine a gentle,
Soothing light surrounding you.
This light softly dissolves the noise of digital distractions,
Leaving behind only a sense of clarity and peace.
As you breathe in,
Draw in deep calm and stillness.
With each exhale,
Release any lingering tension,
Worries,
Or digital clutter that's been weighing on your mind.
Try to picture your mind as a clear,
Still lake.
With every breath,
Create ripples,
Like constant notifications and digital demands gradually settle,
Revealing a surface of pure,
Tranquil presence.
