Lucy is a Mindfulness for Loss teacher based in the UK. Alongside her work as a psychiatric nurse, she dedicates her time to supporting those experiencing grief through baby loss meditation and relaxation techniques. Having suffered the loss of her twin brother at the age of 15 and later her baby daughter, Ellie, Lucy found solace in mindfulness and meditation. She now uses her personal journey to help others navigate their own grief. As a birth worker, Lucy is trained in hypnobirthing, birth relaxation, and breastfeeding support. She creates relaxation tracks and resources and developed the world's first hypnobirthing and mindfulness pregnancy app for baby loss. As the author of a mindfulness book, she has helped thousands of people worldwide on their journey in grief.

A quiet and peaceful meditation for giving ourselves and others grace.The guidance promoted a sense of acceptance through the discussion that suffering is a part of being human and in recognizing the humanity in others. I really appreciated the part at the end about having compassion with others starts with compassion for ourselves and the encouragement to connect with the deep listening that lies within.
