We may be holding any tension or tightness.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

I want you to take an inhale through the nose and send it towards the heels and soles of the feet.

And then your breath into your toes,

The ankles,

The shins and the calves.

Sending your breath into your thighs and your palms.

Sending your breath into your thighs and your glutes,

Your hamstrings.

Softening into the pelvic bowl,

The digestive and sexual organs,

Allowing your belly and low back to relax.

Softening your heart center,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

The entire front and back side of your core.

Allowing that softness to radiate down the arms,

Through the elbows,

The forearms,

The wrists,

The palms,

The fingers and the thumb.

Softening your jaw,

Your cheeks,

Eyes,

Forehead,

The ears and your crown.

Safe and supportive,

And you are loved.

Softening your heart center,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

The forehead,

The hands,

The shoulders,

The shoulders,

The arms,

The shoulders,

The eyes,

The forehead,

You you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you bringing our awareness back to our breath as we take an inhale through the nose and exhale when you are ready another breath in through the nostrils along the throat heart,

Ribs,

Lungs,

Diaphragm into the abdomen filling full and exhaling completely connecting fuller deeper to the breath as we start to bring the awareness into the body maybe wiggling fingers,

Toes,

Ankle,

Wrist circles being gentle,

Kind with our bodies as we bring our awareness back into this present moment here on the mat maybe bringing knees into the chest rocking side to side or creating a few circles whatever feels best and then eventually making your way onto your side body whatever side you choose allowing the back side of the body to be exposed and sending your breath there for a moment and allowing yourself for doing the work and being open to receive when you are ready placing your hands on the earth,

Eyes can stay closed as you gently rise to the seated position of your choice come up to your seat,

The spine is long,

The crown of the head reaching to the sky,

The tailbone down relaxing into the hips,

Pelvis in the groin,

The face remains soft and the eyes are closed we bring our hands in front of our heart center,

Rubbing the palms together creating the heat and friction waking up the energy center once again when you are ready we draw our hands to our heart in that Anjale Mudra,

Reverence I bow with reverence to the divine heart within once again bring your awareness to the divine heart that resides within you feel breath in your heart,

Sensation in the heart space see a beautiful and sacred space within see this place as an inner temple or shrine see your inner temple lit by many small lights of love,

Compassion and empathy forgiveness and generosity,

The connection of one truly feel the light of all of these qualities glowing brightly within your heart and within your entire being listen to your heart as it speaks the truth and then place yourself in this place of truth to receive the answer you are love and you are light and you are whole and complete and everything that is happening for you is for your highest good,

For your growth and for your awakening it is your right to be you and to honor your truth whatever it is allow yourself to be open to receive and flow in the compassion of love we will seal our practice with one long om,

Do a full inhale and exhale and then an inhale to begin drawing your awareness to your nostrils here,

Take a breath in exhaling out inhaling to begin ah bowing the head to the heart,

Maybe sliding thumbs to the third eye it is my honor to serve and to guide you each week,
