Hello,

Dear soul,

And welcome to this powerful Taurus full moon meditation.

I am Vanessa of Alchemy of Words,

And today I have for you a guided meditation connecting us to the energies of the full moon in Taurus.

To be practiced anytime you are called to nurture yourself,

Your roots,

And return to the stillness and stability of your heart.

So let us begin.

Find a comfortable position either sitting or laying down,

Ensuring that your spine and neck remain straight.

When you are ready,

Begin to close your eyes.

Take a deep breath and set the intention to center,

To go deep within with each passing breath and reconnect with your heart of hearts,

Your authentic self.

Slowly begin to extend your inhale and exhale,

Lengthening the cycle of your breath.

Breathing with integrity,

Feel your breath travel all the way down to your belly.

Feel it rise and fall fully,

And take a moment now to pay attention to your physical senses,

To your body.

How does it feel?

Where is it heavy?

Where does it feel light?

Where are you experiencing any sensations or pain?

Our body is the outermost expression of ourselves,

And becoming fully aware of it plants us in the present moment.

Our body is our roots that connect us to this world and to the earth.

Through the breath and your awareness of your body,

You are grounded.

So breathe.

Ground yourself in this present moment and allow that connection to strengthen.

Feel yourself becoming stable and still.

Now begin to shift your attention towards your center.

This might be an area around your core or your heart,

And allow yourself to rest at a spot that feels the most comfortable and right to you.

When you hear the words center,

Core,

Source of your light and power,

Go there now.

And taking a couple breaths to connect and breathe into this area now.

Now let us connect to our heart,

Bringing your focus to an area where you feel drawn to when you think or feel about love,

Nurturance,

Softness.

Chances are this area might be the same as before,

For love and light is your authentic core center.

However,

Trust wherever you are being energetically guided.

And again,

Connect to this area by focusing your awareness there and breathing.

Now ask your energy,

Your power,

Your light to return to you.

Call back your energy now.

Become your power.

Direct your power and energy back to return to your center and heart.

Feel as with every breath,

This area gets more activated and feels more prominent.

You are strengthened and nurtured through this connection.

Keep breathing and tuning into the energy of your heart.

Select for your power to now reside here and for your authentic self and your heart to from now on lead the way.

Use to allow your authenticity,

Integrity and heart to lead the way.

You are fully grounded.

Your full self,

Power and energy have arrived.

You now clear all worries,

Doubts,

Limitations that are keeping you from living your best,

Most authentic,

Heartfelt life.

From this present moment,

You know how to return to your core,

Your power and be renewed,

Surrounded and nurtured through the love that rests in your heart.

Take another deep breath and rest in the space of remembrance,

Reconnection,

Authentic power and love.

Keep focusing on this connection as you breathe.

Allow yourself to surrender and be nurtured.

Let yourself fully ground and be present.

Your breath is your anchor,

Your anchor is your breath.

Beautiful.

To begin to come back,

Start to bring your awareness back away from your heart,

From your core,

Towards your body as a whole and towards the sensations that you feel,

The sounds you may be hearing around you,

Slowly bringing your awareness back to the room and space that you occupy.

Thank yourself for taking this time to reconnect with your roots and to your authenticity and know that this connection is always available to you.

All that is required is a shift in your awareness.
