This was a good reflect of learning to let go of the past, the future myths that haunt me. It helped me just learn to be and that was ok. I saw my childlike self through all the letting go and I learned to be still in the moments to enjoy the ones that are right in front of you instead of seeing the past and the future myths that have been hard to let go. The hamster wheel is on my side and I'm not running it anymore so to speak, I am looking at it without getting on.

This course was something I will miss each day. I felt myself having moments of …this is me. I stopped the course to write down what spoke to me. There were many of those. I cannot pick a favorite but these two I take away to live by daily. There is nothing more sacred than the ordinary lived consciously. You were never meant to live perfectly. You were meant to live presently. If you wrote a book I would buy it. Thank you for sharing and the music just like others shared was beautiful. I appreciate the truth and wisdom spoken in this series. Since we are surviving within a racist feudal class system built and maintained through physical and economic violence to force labor and extract profit and every human interaction has been commodified, this was a welcome respite. I plan to listen to it regularly to hold onto and expand whatever humanity I have left after taxes.
