We will look at what audacity means for you, how you can overcome fear and external pushbacks, and how to be resilient in the face of setbacks. By the end of the course, you will have a blueprint of how you can live more audaciously and how to overcome any obstacles on the path of living the life you truly want.


Meet your Teacher

Sally is a healer. After many years on her own healing journey, Sally now takes what she has learned and offers her hand to others walking this path. Trained in TRE, emotional release, yoga, mindfulness, shadow work, and nervous system regulation. She is also a temple priestess, trained in the temple arts of healing. She works with energy healing and is a ceremonialist and ritualist.

Resilience: When Audacity Meets Resistance

Today we will look at what to do when we experience pushbacks. Living a bold life invites pushbacks, and so we need to have some strategies in place to overcome these when they occur. This is what we will focus on today.

Designing Your Audacious Life

Today we will take all we have learned this week and apply it to build a blueprint for you that you can refer back to. This blueprint will have all the steps needed to begin building an audacious life and how to overcome setbacks along the way.
