The first few course lessons will cover the foundational tools that all that will follow will rely on to be fully implemented. Such as mindfulness practices, compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love. If you should feel you would benefit from working with this material with a friend, a family member, or a mental health professional that you do so as emotional triggering can happen during this work. The next few lessons will outline the metaphor of the 'Inner Kingdom' that I will be using to assist you in relating to concepts, owning the uniqueness of your inner kingdom, and the different roles and their general functions. Such as the 'Throne Room', the different Selves Thrones, and the importance of your Messengers that are present when you Hold Court. The remaining lessons will cover how working with the Elements of Air, Fire, Water, and Earth will assist you in understanding how to create balanced change within your Inner Kingdom.


Meet your Teacher

Trinity Gaia Consciousness has been a trained Reiki Master For 17 years, practiced yoga, & meditation for 19 years. She recognizes how the elements play a role in healing the many layers of our energy bodies. Her personal spiritual practice honors all spiritual paths. She relates to what in Shamanism is called a Wounded Healer. In that through working with energy as a Reiki Master for 17 years has sparked radical healing of the self (some may call this an 'Awakening'.) Along this path she has answered the call to share the wisdom of conscious transformation.

Lesson 1

The Foundational Tool of Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a practice that with repetition the will become something that is easier to do as you consistently repeat it. Everyone has a unique mind and thus this process will be unique to each individual. Celebrate every bit of progress in strengthening this tool as it is an affirmation that you are creating conscious change in your awareness. You are becoming more aware of what is going on inside of you, your environment, and are able to make more informed conscious decisions as a result.

Lesson 2

Foundational Tools Of Compassion, Self-Acceptance, And Self-Love

Compassion for yourself and others is a key ingredient that is as vital as yeast is in making bread rise. The awareness that life is not Binary or 'Black and White' but that there will always be a bit of both involved so life is varying degrees of grey. Thus, if we find ourselves complicated and at times a mystery as our subconscious by name sake is Sub-Conscious then other people and dynamic situations are going to be more complicated than their surface appearance. That while there are socially appropriate and positive agreements of 'pink elephants' depending on the group and individuals and their backgrounds. Here, I challenge the 'pink elephants' that we have within ourselves that we are ready to work on as they could be showing to be impacting our lives and decisions through our mindfulness practices having become aware of this. This can be triggering "Trigger Warning" and as social creatures, I recommend that if you feel the need to discuss your 'pink elephant/s' with a friend, family member, or a mental health professional who is your personal cheerleader and thus solely in your corner. Please do this as this will allow you to be more open to hearing the 'pink elephant' and thus healing this part of you because you will not have so much anxiety or fear (resistance).
