Great healing course until we got to God and prayer. I'm wiccan studying Buddhism. Christianity represents abuse to me. I chose to see a stoic bubbhist approach. I chose. My reaction I am responsible for my life.

I’m afraid this course is doing more harm than good. It is filled with 1950s-style sexism, gender roles and assumptions; is NOT trauma informed; is shaming and dismissive of serious mental health issues like anxiety and depression and acts as though simply “choosing to think differently” will resolve serious anxiety and depression. Again, I fear this does more harm than good, and recommend Insight Timer take it down. I’ve done about a dozen Insight Timer courses before this and always had a good experience. I urge you to take this one down.
