I have not been able to walk for any time or distance for last 3 years , after 2 surgies and alot of PT, injections ,I went on a 10 trip to England on a hiking tour, you can do this it is possible . My whole world has changed , I only wish I would have heard your class 4 months ago 😊, if I can do it so can you , I walk 2 miles every day and I’m 73. Thank you so very much 💜

Hi Michelle Thank you for this excellent course. I have made a SMART goal and I am currently feeling determined to achieving it. I wanted to tick all options for the question after day 5. All work for me - it depends which exercise routine I’m doing as I’m eclectic about it all. The 30 day goal along with seasonal options are hopefully going to help me to improve my endurance, balance and wellbeing.
