I'm Michelle Bradley,

Exercise physiologist and health coach.

Listen to this meditation daily to enhance mindset,

Resilience,

Attention,

Focus,

And confidence in all areas of your life.

Listen with self-compassion and without judgment.

Create a welcoming space for your mind to be free and able to absorb the positive affirmations that will support your best self and your desire for greater confidence.

Find a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Place your attention on your breath.

Notice the air going into and out of your body.

Soothing breath in,

Relaxing breath out.

Gradually allow the breath to become deeper.

Soothing breath in,

Relaxing breath out.

With each exhale,

You become deeper and deeper relaxed,

Releasing all tension.

Ease the tension of your forehead,

Cheeks,

And jaw.

With a relaxing exhale,

Soothe the muscles of your neck,

Shoulders,

And arms.

Breathe in and as you exhale,

Soften the muscles of your back,

Chest,

And belly.

With a relaxing exhale,

Feel the tension leave your hips,

Legs,

Feet,

And hand.

The entire body feels warm,

Heavy,

Soothing breath in,

Relaxing breath out.

This moment is for you.

Your mind is open to the words of encouragement to enhance confidence and well-being.

You have incredible strength within you,

A power to show up for yourself and know exactly what is needed to feel good in your mind and body.

Focus your attention on the statements that will encourage and support your desire to be your best self and rise to the challenge before you.

You know you have everything inside of you to thrive and flourish and to confidently engage in any situation.

Believe in your ability to feel grounded and focused.

Allow yourself deep focus and concentration,

Knowing you are capable to do anything you wish to accomplish.

See the big picture,

A grand overview for your desires.

Know that you can bring your best self,

Your strengths,

And your enhanced abilities to handle anything with clarity and peace of mind.

Repeat the following statements to yourself,

Fully embracing the words that you hear.

I am relaxed and at ease.

I control how I think and respond.

I am resourceful and aware of how to handle any situation.

I have a healthy perspective to know what to do.

I have courage and confidence.

I can handle anything with grace and groundedness.

I believe in myself and my ability to succeed.

I can focus on what is truly important.

I am energized and ready to meet the challenge before me.

I trust my instincts and follow.

I feel confident.

I listen with understanding and appreciation.

I am a person with a strong desire to make a difference.

I can do difficult things inside of me to succeed.

I have a sense of self.

Just positive outcomes are possible because of my effort and I am open to the bigger picture and perspective for understanding.

I am brave and have the courage to go forward.

I appreciate my wonderful,

Authentic self.

I attract positive outcomes.

I am grateful for all my strengths and opportunities for growth.

I believe in myself.

I feel confident and empowered to do great things.

I am ready to bring my best self to this moment.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold it.

Slowly exhale.

Take another deep breath in.

Hold it.

Slowly exhale.

One more.

Deep breath in.

Hold it.

And exhale.

Opening your eyes and feeling ready to take on whatever lies ahead with confidence.
