Dagmar Spremberg is a certified yoga teacher, international retreat leader, and founder of Montezuma Yoga in Costa Rica, where she spent over 20 years teaching and hosting transformative yoga classes and events. Passionate about empowering women over 40, Dagmar offers guidance through the unique changes and challenges of this life stage. Whether you're navigating menopause, empty-nest syndrome, anxiety, body changes, or life and career transitions, she brings deep empathy and understanding, having personally moved through these stages herself.
