Meet your Teacher

Karen creates gentle, story-led meditations and courses for people who are sensitive, thoughtful, and often carry more than they show. Her work blends nervous-system awareness, breath-based regulation, and quiet mythic imagery to help fear soften and rest return, especially at night. With a background in education and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom, Karen’s guidance is non-dogmatic, grounded, and compassionate. Her offerings are designed for those who don’t need to be fixed, but gently supported back into safety, rhythm, and rest.

Lesson 1

The Fire Is Still Burning

Night One begins by orienting the body toward safety. Through gentle storytelling and breath-based guidance, this session invites you to imagine arriving at a place of warmth and steadiness, a fire that has been kept, even in the dark. Rather than trying to fix fear, you’ll begin by allowing the nervous system to soften through rhythm, presence, and rest. This is an invitation to arrive without explanation and let the night hold you.

Lesson 2

The Path Through The Dark

Night Two invites you to meet the dark not as something to fear, but as something to move through slowly and safely. Rather than needing clarity or certainty, you’ll be guided to let breath lead the way, one step at a time. This session supports the nervous system in releasing vigilance and trusting rhythm over control, allowing fear to soften as rest draws closer.

Lesson 3

The Return Without Armor

Night Three is an invitation to lay things down. This final session focuses on deep rest, not as collapse, but as remembering that you no longer need to stay guarded at night. Through gentle guidance and enclosure imagery, you’ll be supported in releasing effort, vigilance, and the need to manage anything at all. This is a return to rest without armor, where nothing is required of you.
