Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.

Connecting to your breath and letting go.

Today's meditation is designed for you to tap in,

Become and embody the best version of you.

The version of you that you envision to be.

This is the version of you that is already living in your manifestation.

It already exists in another reality.

And all you have to do today is really think about the details of the version of you that exists in this reality and to feel it,

To embody it completely.

So let's begin by setting that intention as to what it is that you desire.

Who do you desire to embody and become?

Really taking a moment to feel that image,

To see that image.

Think of them like a reflection in front of you,

As if you are seeing your future self standing right in front of you.

And think about the life that they're living,

The differences between you and them,

What they have that you do not,

What they have that you desire.

And now let's begin this process.

I want you to visualize yourself in their reality,

Waking up in their bed.

What do the sheets feel like?

What are you wearing in this bed?

What is the temperature in the air and what time is it?

What did you dream about the night before?

And how do you feel waking up,

Knowing that you have a wonderful day ahead of you?

And now you get out of bed and what is the first thing that you do?

Do you take a moment of gratitude?

Do you read?

Do you say a prayer or do you go straight to brush your teeth?

And now let's go to brush our teeth,

Seeing yourself in the mirror.

Allow yourself to really take notice of the difference in your features,

In your energy.

Taking a moment to smile at yourself,

Being proud of how you look,

Being proud of who you are.

And how do you brush your teeth?

What is the brand that you use?

And now wash your face,

Maybe put some makeup on,

Groom yourself.

Whatever it is that you need to do,

Do it now and be attentive to the products,

To the smells,

To the feelings,

To the thoughts.

And now we move to the wardrobe,

Getting dressed for the day.

Noticing the fabrics,

The colors,

The materials in your space,

In your wardrobe.

Carefully choosing what suits you best and what makes you feel great.

Looking at yourself in the mirror,

Dressed up,

Smiling and approving of what you have chosen,

Feeling good about yourself,

About the way you look.

And now going to have breakfast.

What does this version of you eat?

And now making your food or having someone make the food for you,

Enjoying it,

Really feeling the flavors.

And now you're ready to start your day.

Where do you go?

Who are you meeting?

What car are you driving?

Are you having somebody drive you?

Feel,

Smell,

All of it,

Be there.

What are the conversations that you're having with people,

The chit chats and the more deep and meaningful conversations?

How do you carry yourself differently?

And how do people see you when you walk in a room or down the street?

And how do you feel about yourself?

What are your thoughts as you walk down the street,

As you carry yourself throughout your day?

See yourself having lunch,

Once again thinking about the foods that you have chosen,

How you feel about it,

How they taste and where you are.

And now your day is closing up so you're ready to come home,

Returning back to wind down.

Maybe you enter your home and you take off your shoes,

Feeling good about your day,

Feeling light and energized.

Do you feel accomplished?

Do you feel seen,

Valued?

And are you proud of yourself above all?

And what does this version of you do to wind down?

Do they read a book?

Do they create some art?

Do they watch TV?

Do they do affirmations?

What is it that they do?

And now see yourself having the last meal of the day.

What does it taste like?

What does it feel like,

Once again?

And now getting ready for bed,

Going to wash your face,

Maybe having a shower or a bath and just noticing the products that you use.

The smells,

The routines that you have at night.

And just before bed,

What is it that you do?

What are your last thoughts?

And as you fall back to sleep,

Feeling content,

Feeling fulfilled,

Feeling yourself,

Full of joy,

Full of gratitude.

And as you fall asleep,

You gently return back to this body,

This moment,

Right here,

Right now,

In this meditation.

And now we declare,

I am this version of me now,

And I release the old version of myself.

I embody this reality wholeheartedly,

And this is now my reality.

And taking a moment now to release the old version of you.

See yourself bearing that part of you,

Peacefully,

Lovingly and gently letting them go.

Literally surrendering that old version of you completely.

And filling this new void with the new version of you,

The upgraded version of you that you are ready for.

Surrounded by light energy,

By all of the emotions and sensations that you have just experienced.

And now we finish with a moment of gratitude.

You can stay in this for as long as you like,

But when you are ready you can begin to come back.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
