Thank you for sharing this meditation. I was able to make a connection with my higher self. I am beginning my journey with cancer. I have good days and not so good days, but I know that as I continue down this path I will be able to provide some type of comfort for others and that gives me so much strength during this time.

My takeaway: gratitude is felt in my heart/chest center, it's a lightness akin to love and joy and contentment. This meditation finally helped me connect idea to embodied feeling. The suggested phrases were well said, grateful for those who have supported me, grateful for my own journey , you said it better than I could . I've listened to approximately 100 meditations on this topic on IT and this is my favorite . It could be that they all combined warmed me up to the practice but the quality of this meditation track nailed it for me.
