Melanie is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, psychotherapist, and coach who specializes in stress & anxiety management and personal empowerment. Her work is focused on helping you bring more balance and fulfillment into your life, which involves learning how to slow down, change your relationship with stress, and reconnect with yourself. Through the use of relaxation techniques, visualization, mindfulness, and affirmations she supports you in feeling more empowered and at ease.

You will be guided through a brief meditation which includes some general intentions and affirmations to help get you into a positive mindset and inspire you to create your own intention for the day. Begin With A Clear Vision

In this session we discuss visualization as a powerful tool for starting your day when you could use some motivation, inspiration, or a boost of confidence.
