His work supports men who want to show up more grounded for their families while navigating the pressures of work, relationships, and parenthood. Peter’s approach integrates traditional mindfulness, breathwork, and embodied awareness with modern, practical application. Meditation in his teaching is not an escape from life, but a way to meet life directly, regulate the nervous system, and respond with intention rather than reactivity. His guidance emphasizes simplicity, consistency, and real-world integration, making mindfulness accessible even for busy minds and full schedules. He is currently studying to become a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program under the guidance of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. This training deepens his trauma-aware, compassionate, and inquiry-based approach to practice and teaching.
