
Mindfulness In May (Body)

Use this mindful exercise for daily practice during the first week of May. The focus of this gentle session is body awareness, taking a kind moment to acknowledge our body sensations and to listen inwards. Our daily lives often involve rushing and focussing on external factors, which often leaves little time for noticing or connecting with our bodies. This track is to give you the space, permission, and moment to focus on how your body is feeling.
