Explore MeditationNat is a yoga teacher from Ecuador who shares her love for mindfulness and meditation in both English and Spanish. She discovered yoga first at 17 years old with a self awareness class in Uni as she studied in a liber arts University. After a few years she re discovered yoga during lockdown while living in Melbourne, Australia—a time that deeply shaped her practice and sparked her passion for writing and leading guided meditations. Teaching quickly became more than just movement; it became a way to connect, hold space, and support others in their own journeys. Through her online classes and workshops, she weaves together mindfulness, self-compassion, and presence, offering practices that invite people to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with themselves. Whether teaching in Spanish or English, her goal is always the same: to create a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels safe to explore, breathe, and grow.
