Welcome.

This is your invitation to begin the day,

Not with urgency,

But with clarity.

To live this day as if it were your last,

Not with fear,

With presence and deep love for what matters most.

Let us begin by arriving in the body.

Gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable.

Take a slow breath in,

And exhale fully.

Again,

Inhale,

And exhale.

Feel the seat beneath you,

Your feet on the floor,

The weight of your body.

Let gravity hold you,

And notice the breath without changing it now.

Just witness the gentle rhythm of life moving through you.

You are here.

You are alive.

Let that be enough for now.

Begin to notice your body.

Scan gently from the top of your head,

Down through your face,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Your hands resting in stillness,

Your spine vertebrae by vertebrae,

Through the belly,

The hips,

Your thighs,

Knees,

Shin bones and calves,

Ankles,

And toes.

Let yourself feel your own aliveness,

The subtle hum of being,

The quiet miracle of this moment.

Now,

Bring this to heart.

If today were your last day,

How would you move through it?

What would matter most?

What would fall away,

Not in a dramatic sense,

But with tender awareness?

If today were your last day,

What would you say?

Who would you cherish?

What would you let go of,

Forget about?

Let these questions arise gently,

Without needing answers.

Simply sit in the truth that today is a gift,

And you are free to choose how to live it.

Let a feeling of deep gratitude fill you.

Gratitude for this breath,

This chance,

This fleeting sacred morning.

Ask yourself softly,

What would make this day beautiful?

What would make today honest?

What does love ask of me today?

And whatever arises,

Hold it,

Hold these intentions like a seed in your hand.

Rather than seeing it as a to-do list,

These seeds can act as a posture of your heart.

Now take one more deep breath in,

And exhale slowly.

You are here.

You are awake.

And this day,

This one day,

Is enough.

May you walk it with courage and clarity,

And with love at the center of everything.

Today I choose presence.

I choose love.

I choose what matters most.

Live like dust,

Lit by fire.

Nicho.
