
Breathwork For Deep Relaxation & Stress Relief
A short but powerful 5-minute breathwork practice designed to release tension, reset your body and mind, and bring you into a deep state of calm. You’ll do 35 circular breaths followed by a 30-second breath hold. Tingling in the hands, feet, or head is normal. If you need to breathe before 30 seconds, do so. Breathe through your nose or mouth. Important: Only practice while sitting or lying down in a safe place. Never do breathwork in water or while driving.
