Let's begin by slowing way down.
So let everything slow way down.
Let yourself walk through the door to your own heart.
The opportunity to welcome all of yourself just as you are,
Just as you are,
My friend.
Welcome yourself home.
Include all the crunchy bits,
All the places in your mind,
In your body that are not just so.
They are exactly as they need to be.
You are exactly as you need to be.
I wonder if you would be willing to allow a small smile to grace your lips.
Your smile is the welcome,
The welcome for all of you.
The parts that may feel less than or not enough.
The places inside that may feel like they need to do more,
Be more,
Shine more brightly to be welcome.
You are welcome,
My friend.
So let us take this time opening and softening and welcoming,
Welcoming ourselves home.
Let us take some moments in silence to fully receive,
Receiving yourself in a whole new way,
Just as you would receive a beloved guest with open arms and a warm heart.
Even though your shoes may need to be shined,
You may have a small hole in your shirt.
You may not know things that you think you're supposed to know about life and the world.
All the things you're telling yourself,
I should have this by now,
I shouldn't have done that.
I need to be more.
I want to be less.
In this moment,
Let us practice acceptance,
Self-acceptance,
A deep,
Deep welcome.
And I'll see you in a little bit.
Taking a nice,
Full breath,
Friends.
Taking a nice,
Full breath.
Receiving yourself a little bit deeper and perhaps opening to the possibility of truly knowing how lovable you are and how welcome you are.
And as you move through your day,
I invite you to really feel your own welcome.
How do you tend to yourself when you are truly welcome?
Bring your warm curiosity.
Practice self-acceptance.
Please take as much time as you want to sit quietly.
Sending you blessings,
Many blessings for your day.
