Let us begin with the art of manifestation,

Which is what I'd like to talk about for the next couple of days in a evolving process.

It's becoming my new passion,

Not because of a lack as if we need to manifest more things,

But as an illumination to what we are already manifesting.

I feel like that's more of our issue than that we don't have what we want is that we are creating what we don't want.

And so if we learn how to manifest properly,

Then we will stop doing that process for the things that we don't want.

So what does that mean?

Basically,

What I can imagine,

Because we are creative beings,

And if we wanted to connect this idea of God to something,

It would be our ability to create.

God is simply the energy of love and creation.

That's what God is.

Not any other concept that we have in our mind,

But this energy that we have in us to love unconditionally,

Not the way we typically love,

But love with our borders,

And to be able to create and manifest.

It is creative energy.

And so we're constantly creating,

We're creating every moment,

Right?

I say this a lot,

Like this conversation is something that's coming from nothing.

So it is in and of itself a creation.

I'm doing that all day long.

I am creating things all day long.

Things that I feel very passionate about happen in bigger abundances.

So,

Passion does not necessarily mean good.

I can be passionate about suffering.

I could be really,

Really connected to my suffering.

And so I get more.

This morning,

I just want to talk about the idea of removing your mind from the problem,

Just that.

So we're going to do this in steps.

If you are perpetually,

You know,

We're so good at this,

Right?

Talking about our problems,

Reliving them in our mind,

Worrying,

Complaining.

All of those things are manifestations.

They're just negative manifestations,

But they're manifestations.

So the more you talk about a situation you don't want,

You are literally giving it all your attention,

All your prana.

That is your,

Those are your superpowers.

So your attention is your superpower.

So I'm giving whatever it is I don't want my superpower all day long,

Whatever it is that's bothering you.

And so you're getting more of it.

It doesn't seem to go away.

And you're always confused as to why it's not going away.

And it is because you have decided to look at it and create more of it.

So all that I want to present to you today,

Just one small step is to completely starve your problem.

Give it no mind,

No attention,

Not even a thought.

Nothing at all.

Done.

Tomorrow,

We'll talk about where to put that energy.

But today,

As you're doing this,

Right,

It's a little experiment,

You're going to be surprised at how much you go to the problem.

Because I'm asking you not to,

Because it's going to be a habit,

Right?

I just go to this problem.

I just go to this problem.

I can't go to this problem.

What do I do?

So you're going to probably feel a little confused today.

And that's completely OK.

What I want to do today for you is to illuminate how much you direct your very precious time,

Your superpower of energy towards something you do not want.

That is all we're going to talk about today.

Let us meditate.

In our meditation this morning,

We're simply practicing where or how we put our energy,

How we put our energy.

So this very beginning part of meditation is a learning of how to direct your energy.

That's a lot of what we're doing in meditation right now.

It's almost like we're learning a technique.

OK,

So with that in mind,

Let's go ahead and take our comfortable seat.

And have your gazing point,

So whatever it is,

It feels inspiring and calming,

Connecting to you,

Just have that in front of you.

And place a gentle gaze.

You're not staring at it.

You are observing it.

Big difference.

Your eyes will change when you're in a state of observation.

It is a feeling of taking something in.

You're taking the energy of this thing into you.

You may notice that your eyes move from being a little more narrow to a little wider.

That's a shift in your nervous system.

But in fact,

Your eyes move from being forward to being back.

So you're taking this energy in.

And as you become engaged with your gazing point,

You are offering your gazing point your prana,

Your energy,

Your superpower.

So observe all the other little things that drain your energy.

But for now,

Even if it's for a minute,

Do not pay attention.

Hold your focus.

Not in an aggressive or determined way.

Gently.

More as an offering.

And as you see your object right in your third eye,

Another portal that we get to receive and sometimes to give through this space.

This morning,

We are giving to ourselves.

When you feel ready and in your own time,

You can close your eyes and continue to see your gazing point.

If you were looking at a photograph.

What is the surface in your mind?

Since you picked something that was inspiring to you.

What does it feel like in your body?

Make that step from seeing to feeling says important step in the art of creation.

Your cells begin to vibrate.

This feeling.

See if the energy of this object is literally changing your chemistry.

Aiming card.

Breathe it through your cells.

As you reach into your root,

Bringing that root into the earth to ground your whole being into this moment,

So that you are fully present here.

Feeling the earth beneath you and connecting to that.

See if you were very clearly bringing this feeling to you,

Inside of you,

Into this moment in time.

Whatever it is that you're feeling,

If you're looking at something you want,

If you were looking at something that brings you happiness or joy,

Feel it fully right now in this moment.

Not something that will happen in the future,

Something that is happening now.

Pay attention to the area in your belly,

Your second space.

This is where we manufacture creative energy.

Get filled here with creative vibration or possibility or potential.

And often we talk about the space not having a direction just yet,

But this morning I'd like you to imagine that all of this energy is just forming around this idea.

It is taking the shape of whatever it is that you are wanting in this moment,

That you have in this moment,

So that everything starts to align with it.

Every part of you is pointing in the same direction to a positive desire.

As we move to our third space,

Instead of putting that energy out,

I want you to spend this morning continuing to take it in as if your third space could just funnel more of that which is in the world to you,

Happiness or joy or love or help.

You might feel a quickening in your heart as your structure starts to change with not just the understanding that this is possible.

We make a little space to understand it's possible,

But that it's actually happening.

If I can manifest sorrow so well,

I can certainly manifest joy.

I can manifest luck.

I can manifest abundance.

Just a little peek into this possibility starts to make your heart beat more quickly with the excitement that you are getting it.

Now with our inner voice,

Can you say with determination,

With clarity,

With a knowing,

Not with a wanting or a begging or external desire,

But that you are in fact filled with love.

You are in fact joyful.

You are in fact healthy.

And if there's even a little doubt,

Don't say it.

Wait till you can believe it.

Wait till it comes from an actual experience in your body,

A true feeling of joy,

A true feeling of love,

Without a doubt with complete confidence.

If you are calling it to you with your sensation,

With your knowing of it,

As you resonate with that frequency,

That frequency will resonate with you.

It's all energy.

And back into our third eye,

Sitting in the seat of the Buddha,

Allowing yourself to completely relax back into this space and take it all in,

Letting any confusion or thought,

Let it all just dissolve so that you are simply energy.

You can give yourself permission to leave the body behind all together.

Feel yourself merging with the vibration of vibrations.

You are consciousness,

Rising up through your crown,

Creating space between you,

Your energy and your body,

Just your form.

Understanding how expansive that really is and how small these worries really are.

Time and space,

Simply an illusion.

Edible.

This energy,

Your love,

Not your worry,

Your clarity,

Not your confusion,

Your clear direction,

Your feelings of loss or lack,

Because it will reflect that back to you.

As you feel ready,

You're going to breathe that all into your body as if it has already been done.

The deep,

Of course,

It has.

Feeling,

Knowing.

Here to you now in a sensation,

In a cellular experience of its truth.

Then,

As you are ready,

You're going to deepen your breath just to have a feeling of your blessing.

What is that energy that you are left with that is permeating your body?

Massaging all of yourself is that blessing for you this morning that you will,

In fact,

Give to others,

Will offer them this blessing instead of your worry or your lack.

You will hold space for them to reflect it back to you.

As you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
