We often look at abundance through a narrow lens,
Primarily material wealth or success.
But true abundance is vast faster.
It is understanding that the universe is inherently generous and that our supply of well-being,
Opportunity,
Love and health is infinite and constantly flowing.
Abundance is a feeling of wholeness and enoughness.
It is the deep realization that you are sustained.
How do we tap into this powerful state?
The answer lies in gratitude.
Gratitude is not just a polite thank you.
It is a conscious act of recognition.
It is the mechanism by which we acknowledge the goodness that is already present in our lives.
Whether that be big,
Life-changing moments or the simple gifts of a new day or a working body.
When we practice gratitude we immediately shift our focus.
We stop viewing the world through the lens of what is missing and we start seeing the infinite richness of what we have.
This shift in perspective is what aligns us with the energy of abundance.
It acts as a powerful signal drawing more of the recognized good toward us.
So as we prepare for this meditation let your intention be simple.
To open your heart.
To truly feel grateful for blessings already in your life and in doing so to powerfully claim your inherent right to abundance.
Start by taking a few slower deeper breaths in and out.
Close your eyes if that's comfortable for you.
Your body will begin to feel calmer and more relaxed.
Observe your breathing,
Trying not to interfere with it.
Be aware of the sounds around you.
Bring your attention to the top of your head and move throughout your body down to the tips of your toes,
Identifying sensations in various parts of your body and areas of tension.
And try to relax them.
Continue following your breathing,
Focusing on it.
Thoughts will arise.
Don't pay too much attention to them,
Letting them dissipate like clouds drifting away.
If you become distracted,
Gently return your attention to your breathing.
Take a few slower deeper breaths in and out.
Return your attention to the space around you and make small movements with your hands and feet.
Gently open your eyes if you close them and return to your normal state of awareness.
Namaste.
I wish you a great day.
