Oh,

Bethan.

Hi,

Sweetie.

How are you?

All right.

Thank you.

And thank you for your honesty about your heartache with the person and for sharing that with us.

It shows your humility.

So thank you.

It was a nightmare,

I'll tell you,

Bethan.

Just my worst nightmare.

I see.

Yeah,

Kissing your heart.

Yeah.

And yes,

That just shows the love that you have to share that and yeah,

In your humility.

So thank you.

And then what I was going to say with what you've just been on about is like,

Sometimes the difficulties in like feeling genuine when like praying and sometimes I can pray and I can be on my knees and absolute tears of thanks and like biggest child in me is coming out and just like,

Just know it's an absolute debt to me.

And other times I can pray or ask and then I just feel like almost a bit pathetic,

Like I'm just not there and genuine and like I'm making it up.

It can be such extremes really with the praying of like how I feel and what the experience is.

It is like that.

That's it.

That is it.

And,

You know,

What happens.

It is it's just and you know when it's not coming and you feel like kind of a fake and everything.

What actually if you keep on,

Then it into a clear of that level of resistance.

You will be feeling,

And you will come into them,

A shift at some point you'll have a shift into more feeling.

Do you see what I mean.

Yeah,

It's like you know when I'm like gives us a hug,

And we,

And she doesn't look at us and we can't feel anything.

He's actually lifting our resistances but we're not aware.

It's like when our prayer when we feeling phony,

And if we keep praying what happens is we move through the resistance,

That's making us feel phony,

And we move more into truth.

You're frozen about them.

Oh,

No.

Is it hard by the window.

Pardon me.

Yeah,

It's because the phone signal and signal berries.

So,

Um,

But it's good what you're saying about fame,

And that repetition,

And,

Yeah,

There's something else you said I've lost it then but yeah it was good.

No,

No,

It's just when,

When we feel like phonies,

If you keep going,

It's,

It's,

It's just you're clearing that level of disconnection.

I'm clear this is my point you see,

It's,

It's all the gut comes up like you go for the gold underneath or the pure water underneath and all that is not pure comes up to be cleared and that will have feeling phony,

Or,

You know,

Hopeless or whatever.

Will you please give yourself permission to just observe the feeling of phoniness,

Without judging it.

Yeah,

Well thank you for saying that you say all of you just said,

All of what you've just said really helps already.

Because,

Yeah,

Because I'm worried that it's just the noticing.

It's just the noticing that that that makes your ego smaller.

Okay,

Good.

Yes.

Yeah,

There's no.

Please.

I do notice trust me,

I feel like I'd be disrespectful I feel that fake,

You know,

So it's good to have you say that that can know it's natural.

It's natural.

It's,

It's,

It's actually like a marriage you know ups and downs,

But also,

You know,

You can say,

I'm feeling like it's,

I'm really phony.

Please help me.

Yeah,

Good.

That's good.

That's good to do that.

It's good to do that.

Yeah.

Thank you.

Yeah,

Good.

Thank you.

Thank you.
