When the mind is racing, it is hard for us to calm down and open to insights. Premasudha's image of a chewing, empty-eyed cow can help us to slow down the carousel of our thoughts. As we learn to relax into a receptive state, symbolized by the grazing cow, our Soul has a chance to come through to us.

Ask for grace and enjoy your food.

You know,

It's gonna like it's be simple.

You know,

Abraham used to talk about how,

You know,

Just be like a cow chewing the cud with the vacant eyes and just be open.

You know,

Have an empty mind.

Be like a cow.

Like,

Don't be thinking about going anywhere and be like a cow.

Empty eyes and what will happen is the insights will come.

It's like God can speak to you then.

You can hear it.

Cuz your mind's not so busy.

When the soul starts to move,

The mind gets very busy.

But we need a quieter mind.

So,

Sometimes we just have to watch our mind racing.

There's nothing you can do about it.

You just have to watch it.

And it will calm down.

And you your mind will be quiet and you'll be able to hear insights happening.
