Grand rising everybody.
Let's get started.
Have the eyes closed or open,
It's up to you.
It starts with space and air.
So we allow that to channel.
Take a breath in.
And take a breath out.
Take a breath out.
From that space we can create.
And the fire will create change.
So let's shush out the air with it.
Allow your core to activate.
Let your core stay active.
Take a big breath in,
Moving the air into the space.
And exhale,
Side out.
Let's find one more consistency,
Shush it out.
Quieting the mind.
And let's fill it back up.
Even louder.
Feel your seat on the ground.
Using the space,
Using the air,
Using the fire,
Using the earth.
Allow the body to be like a river,
Like water.
The circulation of your thoughts,
The circulation of your breath.
The circulation of your ever changing dynamic identity.
We're here not only representing ourselves,
We're representing everyone that came before us.
For some of us our bloodline has been erased.
But the feeling of our ancestors is still there.
We'll pour out some libations today.
We'll pour out libations for Africa and all of our brothers,
Sisters in there,
Ashe.
We'll pour libations for America and today specifically black lives in America,
Ashe.
We'll pray for the names that we know and will say and we will remember,
Breonna Taylor,
Ashe.
We'll pour water for the names that we don't know,
The countless,
Countless,
Countless,
Ashe.
Let's allow this concept of time and space to dissolve.
All of the information in the universe available to those whose business it is to know.
Feel the air on your skin.
The soft but cool rays of the sun on your skin.
The same sun that's been shining for all of eternity shines on us even today.
Feel for your space in the ether,
The movement of your breath,
The shifting of earth in the body,
A release of tension.
Facial tension relaxed,
Throat tension relaxed,
Shoulder tension relaxed.
Ashe,
Allow there to be a certain pride that lives in your spine that keeps you upright.
That keeps the head held high,
Allowing for the air.
Let there be a certain stubbornness for peace,
Unwavering.
The same stubbornness for peace that's been carried from generation to generation.
We are a reflection of our descendants.
We are moving in the velocity of where our ancestors pressed on.
Our awareness continues to expand as the universe expands.
We are no separate.
We are.
Through the interpretation of languages that we have learned,
Have been put upon us,
We can read between the language and get to a place of stillness,
The I am.
Let's take another breath,
Big breath in,
Move the air and let it out with the sigh.
The vibration of sound pushes through the air infinitely.
Every thought,
Every action,
Every movement carries with it an infinite vibration.
The impact continues to ring out in the universe.
We let go of the constructs of space time in this moment so we can channel the knowledge that has been available since the beginning of time.
The infinite knowledge that existed before time.
We also live in the spark of time.
Imagine the energy,
The life force that cannot be created nor destroyed moves through each individual atom of your body.
You are as much here as you are there.
We take breath in because we can.
We take breath for those that no longer can.
We allow life to be a radical choice for those that couldn't breathe,
Weren't allowed to breathe.
We mourn for those that we've lost in the physical.
We acknowledge the wisdom that these forms of life are still here,
Infinitely here.
We can open our hearts and minds to those that we've lost and know that we're in a safe space,
A trusted space.
A space that is sacred by your intention.
That no weapon against you shall prosper,
I say.
We choose holding space as a radical act for those whose land that we live on that's been stripped away from them,
The indigenous people.
Knowing there's no way to atone for the physical loss.
We do hold a strong,
Firm intention to keep them in our hearts.
Allow your inhale to expand out of the body.
Allow the exhale to bring you closer to center.
And again,
An inhale that can reach to the farthest edges of our galaxy,
Of our universe.
And an exhale that brings us to the closest atomic structure of self.
Notice the silent observer that lives in all of us.
Housed by the uniqueness of our individual but collective selves.
We take a breath for our humanity because this is the form that we must exist in throughout our day to day.
We exist in this humanity knowing that it's greater than,
It's not just,
But it's also.
We allow each individual breath to be sacred.
A small step on a journey sacred.
We acknowledge the changing times.
Politically.
Personally.
The weather changes all the time.
We acknowledge nature's instruction.
Taking this time to learn from our nature,
Our inner nature.
We choose joy,
Not recklessly,
Not irresponsibly,
Not dismissively,
But as a radical act.
Let's take one more active shush,
Push out any lingering doubt,
Doubt that we may not have realized was still there or we've got comfortable with.
Or maybe it's not our own doubt,
But those of our loved ones.
We can exhale.
We're all the people we're rooting for and the people rooting for us,
We take that inhale,
That decision for life.
Sending it out,
Then exhale.
We hold forgiveness and accountability,
Ashay.
If only for our own souls,
For our own health,
We allow any negativity to be released.
We allow any rage to be transformed into action.
We allow our peace to be radicalized,
Ashay.
Allow your mind to travel to a time before this American enslavement.
Our history doesn't start with enslavement.
Your memories don't have to start from anguish.
Your memories don't have to start from suffering.
We travel far enough to that place of absolute peace.
We allow ourselves to swim in that universal absolute peace.
Temporary for our experience on Earth.
We allow ourselves some time in that place to recharge,
To refresh.
To allow for a little bit of vibration,
Which can create a little bit of heat,
We'll go through the root sounds of the chakras.
We'll go through them completely one time,
Then I'll ask you repeat after me for each individual one.
For the root,
Lam.
For the sacral,
Vam.
For the solar,
Ram.
For our heart,
Yam.
For our throat,
Ham.
For our third eye,
Om.
So again it's lam,
Vam,
Ram,
Yam,
Ham,
Om.
So after me,
Lam,
Vam,
Ram,
Yam,
Yam.
Yam,
Ham,
Om.
And again,
Lam,
Vam,
Ram,
Yam,
Ham,
Om.
Lam,
Vam,
Ram,
Ram.
Ram,
Yam.
Om.
Om.
Thank you for taking the time to be with us in this space.
Ashé,
Namaste,
Ahó.
Ashé.
