I’m Rachel Long, I teach people how to meditate so they can be less reactive, less stressed, sleep better and live happier, more peaceful lives. I teach mindfulness skills and meditation because I know what it feels like to be riddled with anxiety. I understand what it is to be consumed by a chasm of grief, and I know what it's like to lie awake night after night until insomnia becomes hardwired and daytime sleep deprivation the norm.
