I wrote this poem as an invitation for embodiment, inspiration, empowerment, self love, and compassion. As you listen, you might bring your hands near your heart space, and take a few loving breaths in, and a few soothing breaths out. May you be safe, happy and peaceful. Tamara

Feeling into this body,

In both stillness and movement.

Riding the waves.

Staying with sensation,

With compassion and curiosity.

Loosening the stuck bits,

Making a little more space to listen more deeply.

Breath like a light,

Left nostril moonlight,

Right nostril sunbeam.

Layer upon layer of illumination.

The lantern is lit and keeps a quiet vigil for those parts of myself not yet ready to be unearthed.

My body,

A garden of wildflowers,

Blooming in its own time.
