Welcome to your practice.

Let's begin.

Find what you need to feel comfortable and supported in a reclined shape.

You might choose to be curled up on your side,

Or perhaps lay down with your knees softly bent and your feet on the surface beneath you.

Once you are settled,

Take a few moments to connect with your breath.

Notice your natural breath,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing each breath to come and go.

As you breathe,

Your eyes may soften,

And if it feels right for you,

Allow them to close.

Feel your eyes being gently supported behind your eyelids,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing each breath to come and go.

We are interwoven with nature,

Always resonating and flowing with the vibrations of the earth.

Our connection to Mother Earth is primordial.

There is ancient stardust in our bones.

The celestial ocean flows through our veins.

The ravens call to us with their songs,

Wings and feathers.

The trees remember us from a time before words.

This is our inherent wisdom nature,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing each breath to come and go.

As you breathe,

You may choose to say these words of affirmation to yourself.

I am one with creation.

Even when I feel lost,

The land still knows me.

I am always a part of nature,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing each breath to come and go.

Feel the touch of air at your nostrils.

Notice the coolness as you inhale,

And the warmth as you exhale.

Notice what you see behind your closed eyelids,

Any colors or shapes.

Feel the space between your eyes as it softens.

Allow your brow to soften.

Notice the inside of your mouth,

Your tongue,

Your teeth.

Notice your jaw as it softens.

Allow your whole face to soften.

Notice the sounds around you.

Listening for any sounds outside,

Any birds or animals.

Listening for the wind.

Listening as far as your ears can hear.

And now listening to the nearest sounds that you can perceive.

Listening to the sounds inside your body.

The beat of your heart.

The sound of your own sacred breath.

Ears listening to the sound of your own sacred breath.

Notice the parts of your body that touch the earth beneath you.

Notice the touch of your clothing,

The air on your skin,

Any sensations of warmth or coolness.

Notice your whole body being supported by the ground beneath you.

Allow your awareness to fill your whole body.

Taking another deep breath in and another deep breath out.

Taking your time to fully inhabit this space.

Taking this time to observe how you feel.

Your body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Notice any vibration,

Sense of warmth,

The touch of air on your skin.

Any sounds around you,

The beat of your wonderful heart.
