This is Rasa.
Welcome to your guided meditation.
Simply lie down and ease yourself into a comfortable sleeping position.
Begin to relax your mind,
Relax your body.
It is now time to let go and ease into the comfort of your bed.
Close your eyes and begin taking gentle,
Slightly deeper breaths.
As you breathe in,
Inhale deeper and as you breathe out,
Make an intention to release all that you hold in focus of your mind and body today.
Detach,
Let it all go,
All the way.
Simply begin to relax your facial muscles and make sure that your teeth are not clenched tightly.
Hold your breath,
Let go of your hands and allow yourself to sink more deeply into your bed.
You are feeling so relaxed and at ease at this very moment.
You feel so light and so comfortable.
Feel that your thoughts are nothing to resist against.
It is normal to have passing thoughts when they show up during this meditation.
Gently and kindly redirect yourself back to your feeling of drifting.
Feeling of deepening relaxation you are feeling right now.
That's all you need to do.
Yes,
Just like that.
Try to observe your relaxing breaths in and out.
Your inhaling breath is bringing you so much peace and rest.
And every exhale is helping you to release all the tightness in your body and to sink deeper into your bed now.
There is no need to force your breath in any rhythm now.
All you need to do is breathe naturally and continue to sink further.
As you breathe,
Notice how your body is rising and falling.
Muscles letting go further.
Sinking lower and deeper into the surface.
It is all so natural,
So subtle,
So peaceful.
As you bathe in this moment of relaxation,
Can you feel your mind drifting into sleepiness?
Can you feel your body melting into nothingness?
You feel so blissful,
So serene,
So secure.
Let yourself sink deeper and deeper into the comfort of your bed.
Feel the softness of the pillow.
Feel the soft fabric that is pressing against your body.
You feel so still,
So at ease and so relaxed right here and right now.
There is nothing that you need to do now.
All you have to do is to continue to let go and continue to drift.
Continue to let yourself feel more and more soft,
Relaxed,
Detached and all about this sleepy moment.
Focusing only on your path of deep sleep.
Every part of your body is slowly melting into the deep relaxation.
Your legs are so weak and soft,
Like they are falling asleep.
Your hips are sinking deeper into the bed because it is ready to rest deeply.
Your arms are resting so gently by your sides.
They are so relaxed and at ease.
Everything is more restful than this very moment.
As you bathe in this moment of relaxation,
Can you feel yourself drifting into sleepiness?
Can you feel your body melting into nothingness?
You feel so blissful,
So serene,
So secure.
Your breath is becoming so calm and sleepy too.
There is no need to rush and there is nothing else that you need to do.
Just relax into your sleepy breath and allow yourself to enjoy this pure moment of bliss.
You deserve this moment of peace.
The day is complete and right now you deserve this moment of relaxation.
Let yourself appreciate this quiet moment.
Let yourself rest deeply.
Let yourself drift into relaxation.
Take your time.
There is no need to rush.
With every breath in,
You drift deeper and deeper into your dreamscape.
With every breath out,
You begin to feel lighter and even more secure.
There is nothing else that needs your attention now.

Initially, I wasn't sure about having spoken word during my sleep track, but this was very soothing. I fell asleep fairly quickly but woke up with roughly 5 minutes left on the track. I settled in to listen and fell asleep again with no difficulty. Lovely music and voice. Adding this to my Playlist for sleep. Thank you for sharing this gift with us here.
