Lie down on your bed,
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Take a moment to adjust your body,
Ensuring you are cozy and at ease.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely,
Hold it for a moment,
And then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension.
Then,
Repeating this deep breath a few times,
Each breath guiding you deeper into relaxation.
That's it.
And as you breathe naturally,
Bringing your awareness to your toes,
Feeling any tightness or tension melting away with each breath.
Your toes are becoming heavier and more relaxed.
Now,
Let this wave of relaxation move up to your feet,
Your ankles,
And your calves,
Feeling a warm,
Soothing sensation as they become completely relaxed,
Allowing this feeling of relaxation to move up to your knees and thighs,
Releasing any remaining tension.
Your legs feel heavy,
Warm,
And deeply relaxed.
Continue to breathe gently as this wave of relaxation travels to your hips and lower back,
Softening and loosening any tightness.
Bring your focus to your abdomen and your chest.
With each breath,
Feel your abdomen rise and fall,
And with each exhale,
Let go of any stress or tension.
Your chest feels open and relaxed.
Your breath feels calm and steady,
Allowing the relaxation to flow up to your shoulders and down your arms.
Feel the heaviness in your shoulders as they sink into the bed,
And your arms become warm and relaxed,
From your upper arms down to your fingertips.
Every muscle is loose and at ease.

Bring your awareness to your face and your head,
Letting go of any tension in your jaw,
Your cheeks,
And your forehead.
Feel your entire face soften and relaxed.
Your mind is calm and your thoughts are drifting away,
Like clouds passing in the sky.
Now,
Imagine yourself in a peaceful place,
A sanctuary of your own creation.
It could be a serene beach,
A beautiful forest,
Or a tranquil garden.
As you visualize this place,
Take in the colors.
What does it look like?
What about the smells?
What does it smell like?
And what about the sounds?
What sounds are around you?
Can you feel the gentle breeze and the warmth of the sun on your face?
In this peaceful place,
Think of some wishes you would like to come true.
Now,
Perhaps you could visualize what you want to achieve in the near future.
Can you see it?
Can you feel it?
Can you immerse yourself in this experience right now?
Enjoying the colors,
The smells,
The tastes,
And the sounds of your desires becoming reality.
I know there are many things you can achieve and enjoy,
But there is something special,
Something you are sure you will achieve soon.
Focus on that.
Now,
Experiencing the certainty and the joy that comes from thinking about this,
Take your time and savor this feeling.
And as you continue with your eyes closed,
Feel how time passes in a special,
Timeless way.
There is no rush,
Only peace and relaxation.
It is not necessary to understand everything.
What's important right now is to feel,
